Hi! I'm Danielle Sotelo! The owner of Ella Rose Beauty Studio located inside Whiskey and Willow Salon and Boutique in Prescott, Arizona. I am a mom of two handsome boys and married to my high school sweetheart. I am obsessed with all things beauty and thrive to make sure you always feel your best! I am a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow waxing, and brow lamination, while also offering brow tinting and makeup for special events. My biggest goal is to help people in any way I can, by giving all my clients the perfect lash set or brow shape that help them feel beautiful and confident. Cancellation Policy
**Note: As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via email & text in advance.**
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non refundable and are non transferable.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment under 24 hours, you will need to pay the missed appointment cost as I cannot fill that spot under 24 hours. I can reschedule you once the missed appointment is paid for.
LASH FILLS
Please Arrive on time with squeaky clean Lashes.
All returning customers, must have 40% of their lashes remaining. Lash fill must be within 2-3 weeks from last appointment. If past the third week then a full set fee will be charged as it is your responsibility to book ahead of time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
FOREIGN LASH FILLS
Foreign fill is when a NEW or RETURNING client comes in with lash extensions currently on that have been serviced from another last artist.
PLEASE NOTE: If current lashes include stickies, poor isolation, or seem to be causing damage I will advise for a lash removal and new set. Please understand we can only fill lashes that have been applied properly. We have right to refuse service if client declines removal.
LATE POLICY
If you are 10 minutes late you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee. I book back to back and need the entire appointment time to do my best work.
NO GUEST POLICY
Due to liability concerns and the nature of my services, I unfortunately DO NOT allow extra guest or young children into the suite during a service.
REFUNDS
You are paying for an artists time, product & other expenses used to provide you with a service. Refunds WILL NOT be given under any circumstances.
